1. Eligibility

• This Loyalty Rewards Card (“Card”) is available to individuals aged 18 or over residing in the United Kingdom.
• Employees / Contractors / Sub Contractors of Dazmonda.Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Card

2. Card Issuance and Use

• The Card is issued free of charge upon application and meeting the eligibility criteria.
• The Card is for the exclusive use of the named cardholder and is non-transferable.
• The Card must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for rewards.
• The Card may be subject to verification by staff.

3. Earning Rewards

• Rewards are earned on eligible purchases made at Sugar and Spice, 39 Prince of Wales Road Norwich NR1 1BG.
• Reward points are accumulated at the rate of 1 to 5 point per whole pound spent on selected beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and food.
• Rewards may take the form of discounts, points, vouchers, or other benefits as determined by Sugar & Spice.

4. Redeeming Rewards

• Rewards can be redeemed at Sugar and Spice.
• Redemption rules and restrictions may apply, including minimum point thresholds, blackout dates, and exclusions.
• Sugar and Spice reserves the right to modify or terminate reward programs at any time without prior notice.
• Points may only be redeemed as a discount on a future purchase and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.

5. Card Maintenance

• Cardholders are responsible for the safekeeping of their Card.
• Sugar and Spice is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards.
• Cardholders may be required to provide identification to replace a lost or stolen Card. There will be a £10 replacement fee.

6. Data Privacy

• By accepting this Card, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Sugar and Spice in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Card Termination

• Sugar and Spice reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Card at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.
• This Card may be terminated if the cardholder violates these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  
  
   

9. Amendments

• Sugar and Spice reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The amended Terms and Conditions will be effective upon posting on the Sugar and Spice website or as otherwise communicated to cardholders.
